Meet the Leadership Team
Daniel Wickens – Managing Director
Daniel brings a people-first approach to business at Wicomms, combining over a decade in telecoms with a background in finance and a genuine passion for helping small businesses thrive. He believes technology should make life easier — not more complicated — and works closely with clients to ensure their communications are clear, cost-effective, and scalable.
His personal life strongly shaped his professional journey. After his son’s health scare and later neurodiverse diagnoses, Daniel sought greater flexibility — not only for his family, but for the businesses he supports. That commitment runs through every part of Wicomms.
Outside of the office, Daniel loves spending time with family and friends, taking country walks, and following motorsport (especially BTCC and F1). He even used to race — and became a champion at age 15!
