Outstanding Service and Value from Wicomms From my very first meeting with Dan Wickens at Wicomms, I knew I was making the right decision to switch our telephone provider. Dan’s knowledge, professionalism, and straightforward approach gave me complete confidence. So much so that I decided to switch even before receiving a quote. When the quote arrived, it was half of what I had been paying with my previous supplier. At that point, the decision was a no-brainer. Not only has the cost savings been significant, but the entire process has been seamless. The hardware delivery was much faster than expected, and the number porting was handled efficiently with no hassle. One thing that really stood out to me was the flexibility of Wicomms’ system. I can use a "softphone" on my mobile, the telephone app on my desktop, and a handset—all at no extra cost. My previous supplier would have charged me for the softphone and desk phone as two separate lines, and they didn’t even offer a PC app! This level of functionality has made communication far more convenient and efficient for my business. I was so impressed with the service that before our own transition was even complete, I had already referred three other businesses to Dan. Each of them has been just as pleased with the service and pricing as I have. From having my choice of handset checked to see that it fitted my needs, through to delivery and switch over, the whole thing went smoothly with great communication every step. A few months ago I switched providers to PB Cloud Solutions, and earlier on this month there was a fault on my line. I emailed Dan at PB and almost immediately got a response saying he’s on it. Just a few minutes later, Dan called to say he had tested the line and arranged Open Reach to visit. They came and fixed the fault which was on the overhead wires near my house. At every stage Dan kept me up to date with what was happening, he seemed to know more about the movements and timings of Open Reach than they did! This level of service is exceptional, and is virtually unheard of these days. I really could not recommend PB Cloud Solutions enough.
We wanted to write to thank you for the excellent service you have provided for us recently in sorting out our mobile contracts at Studio44. We had struggled with our previous provider, as wi-fi calling was unsupported on our tariffs, and I was sure it was not the most cost-effective option for us. You quickly sourced a more economic tariff which offered us greater benefits, as well as organising handsets at very competitive contract rates. The whole process was completely hassle-free, which is very unusual in the world of mobile phones, and news handsets were delivered with SIM cards, which were all activated in the timescales advised and the whole team were up-and-running seamlessly. The online portal is massively powerful, and we’ve been able to complete several changes ourselves which would normally rely on sitting on the phone queuing for hours. The bills are clear and simple, and the overall package is generating a substantial saving for us.
